SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--India's Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) had issued a tender for early April lifting to sell 35,000 tonnes of naphtha, traders said on Friday.
The refiner offered one cargo for 1-2 April loading loading from Mumbai, west coast of India, in a tender which will close on 4 March, it said in a document.
ONGC had previously sold a similar cargo at a premium of $13.50/tonne FOB (free on board) to Middle East quotes for early March loading.
