ADCO Global acquires sealants firm Dolphin

MUMBAI (ICIS news)--US specialty chemicals company ADCO Global has acquired Dolphin Co for an undisclosed amount, strengthening its position in North America in the automobiles sector, it said on Monday.

"Dolphin has excellent long-term relationships with leading customers in the [automobile] industry," said John Knox, ADCO global president and CEO, adding the combined company was well placed to supply a full line of adhesive, sealant and coating requirements to its customers.

ADCO Global is a leading supplier of specialty adhesives, sealants, tapes and coatings serving construction, transportation, and industrial markets. 

Dolphin provides adhesive coating and sealant solutions to customers in the automobiles industry.
