HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Dow Chemical appointed three new executive vice-presidents who will join the company’s leadership committee and help define its strategic direction, the US chemical company said on Monday.
Chief technology officer William Banholzer, general counsel and corporate secretary Charles Kalil and David Kepler, chief information officer and corporate director of shared services, were appointed executive vice-presidents.
As members of the executive leadership committee, the three will also help prioritise Dow’s investment agenda and institute enterprise-wide policy, financial plans and performance metrics, the company said in a statement.
