LONDON (ICIS news)--DSM has invested in Dutch biotechnology company IQ Therapeutics making it a minority shareholder, the Netherlands-based materials and life sciences company said on Thursday.
The investment was made through subsidiary DSM Venturing, it added, though no financial details were disclosed.
“This strategic partnership will increase the visibility of IQ Therapeutics and its technology in the market,” IQ Therapeutics CEO Roland Lageveen said.
“Moreover this combination of IQ’s antibody technology with DSM Biologics’ expertise in process development and manufacturing will significantly speed up the development of our antibody-based product pipeline,” he added.
