SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Japan’s V-Tech Corp will restart its 100,000 tonne/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant at Yokkaichi this weekend after a scheduled month-long turnaround, a source close to the company said on Wednesday.
The company has another 110,000 tonne/year PVC plant in Mizushima scheduled for turnaround in June while its 100,000 tonne/year plant in Kawasaki would be shut down for maintenance in August.
V-Tech Corp is a joint venture between Mitsubishi Chemical and Toagosei.
