HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Ship traffic has been halted along the Houston Ship Channel due to fog, the US Coast Guard said on Wednesday.

The Houston Ship and the Galveston/Texas City Ship Pilots' Association have suspended boardings of oil tankers and other deep-draft commercial ships due to fog.

While the pilots suspended boardings, no queue of ships has formed.
