BASF buys catalysis R&D firm hte

LONDON (ICIS news)--BASF has acquired a majority stake in catalyst research and development firm hte for an undisclosed sum, the German chemicals producer said on Thursday.
Based in
BASF has held a 13% stake in the company since 2003 through its subsidiary BASF Venture Capital. The deal takes its ownership to 75% plus one share.
