Taiwan PolyPropylene to become unit of LCY

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Taiwan Polypropylene (TPP) will be merged into the Lee Chang Yung (LCY) group effective on 23 April, TPP said on Thursday.

“This merger creates a stronger company with complementary product lines and integrated resources,” TPP said in a message to customers.

Existing contracts for sales, support and customer services would remain unchanged, TPP said.
