Thailand's IRPC closes 3000 tonne MX tender

SINGAPORE (ICIS news)-- Thai aromatics producer IRPC closed a sell tender offering a 3,000 tonne parcel of isomer grade xylene Wednesday evening at $1,030-1,040/tonne FOB (free on board) Rayong, said a company source on Thursday.

The producer opened the sell tender for the mid-May loading cargo on Monday, he added.

Isomer grade xylene was notionally assessed stable at $1,070-1,080/tonne FOB Korea and $1,070-1,085/tonne CFR (cost and freight) northeast (NE) Asia at the close of business on Wednesday, according to global chemical market intelligence service ICIS pricing.
