SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Indian Oil Corp (IOC) has awarded its two tenders to sell naphtha for May lifting, industry sources said on Friday.
The first tender which offers a 30,000-tonne cargo of full range naphtha for lifting over 5-8 June, was awarded at a premium of $9/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board) Kandla to a western trader.
The second tender which also offers a similar cargo for lifting over 15-18 June from Kandla, was sold at a lower premium of $6.50/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB Kandla to another western trader.
Both tenders had closed on 7 May and were valid till 8 May.
IOC previously sold a similar cargo at a premium of $7/tonne tonne to Middle East quotes FOB Kandla to a Japanese trader to be lifted from its Kandla refinery over 24-27 May.
