SHANGHAI (ICIS news)--Oil and gas major PetroChina has restarted a crude distillation unit (CDU) at its Nanchong refinery after the facility was shut down as a precaution in the wake of Monday’s devastating earthquake, a company source said on Thursday.
Other units at the complex, which produce solvent oil, base oil and paraffin, would be brought back on line as part of a gradual process, the source added.
