MOVES: Canada’s Migao appoints new CFO

TORONTO (ICIS news)--Migao has appointed Randall Smallbone chief financial officer (CFO) effective 1 July, the Toronto-listed specialty potash fertiliser producer for the Chinese market said on Thursday.

 

Smallbone was previously CFO of KIK Customs Products and car parts maker Decoma International.

 

He succeeds interim CFO Paul Haber who stood in after former CFO Paul Zhang resigned last month for personal reasons.

 

Haber would remain a director of Migao, the company added.
