SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Indian producer Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) expects to start production at its 335,000 tonnes/year Group I base oils plant in the next one-two days, said a company source on Tuesday.
The plant was shut down for maintenance along with the company’s refinery complex in Mumbai on 21 April.
HPCL produces around 60,000 tonnes/year of brightstock at the refinery and the rest consists of other grades like SN-150 and SN-500.
