SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--India’s Reliance has resold 80,000 tonnes of naphtha supplies to Trafigura after Projector failed to take delivery due to credit issues, industry sources said on Friday.

The cargoes were said to have been sold at a premium of around $20/tonne to Middle East quotes on an FOB (free on board) basis for lifting over mid-June.

Some major players had earlier refrained from buying the cargoes, sources said.

Reliance last sold a 75,000 tonne cargo to the same trader at around the same premiums for lifting over 29-30 March from Sikka.
