MUMBAI (ICIS news)--Sweden’s Perstorp has opened sales office in Dubai to improve its service to an expanding customer base in the Middle East, the specialty chemicals company said on Thursday.

Dubai is an important trade centre in the Middle East,” said Per Westberg, Perstorp director sales and marketing.

"By being present there we can see more and hear more. It is important not only for our sales activities, but also for other functions of the company."

The sales office, in the Jebel Ali free zone, would serve the company’s customers in the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, the company said.
