LONDON (ICIS news)--Gasoline prices fell $30/tonne on Monday in line with crude and with cracks against Brent holding steady, market sources said.

Prices fell from a high of $1,174/tonne FOB (free on board) AR (Amsterdam, Rotterdam) in early trading to $1,144-1,146/tonne FOB AR.

Cracks against Brent crude continued to hold steady around -3 where they have been for the past week.

One trader said that figure was now optimistic and cracks were notionally pegged between -3.55 and -3.24.

August Brent crude on London’s ICE Futures was trading around $141.50/bbl, having hit a low of $141/bbl, a loss of $3.42/bbl from Friday’s close.

A dealer said that gasoline prices were following Brent down.
