HOUSTON (ICIS news)--US producer Dow Chemical would owe Rohm and Haas a $750m (€473m) termination fee if it abandoned its $18.8bn deal to buy the specialty-chemical firm, according a government filing made on Monday.
Likewise, Rohm and Haas would owe Dow a $600m termination fee, the filing said.
Dow's offer comes to $78/share.
