Four people die at Lyondell refinery - report

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Four people died on Friday after a crane collapsed  at a LyondellBasell refinery in Houston, a television station reported.

The accident happened shortly before 2 pm (19:00 GMT) at the Lyondell-Citgo Refinery on Lawndale Street at Highway 225 in east Houston, KPRC reported.

Five people were taken to area hospitals, with two taken by helicopter, KPRC reported..

LyondellBasell did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
