LONDON (ICIS news)--Dow Chemical and Siam Cement Group (SCG) joint venture SCG-Dow has finalised plans to build a specialty elastomers production train in Rayong Province, Thailand, Dow said on Wednesday.?xml:namespace>
The new unit was expected to start up in 2011, manufacturing Dow brand Affinity polyolefin plastomers and Engage polyolefin elastomers, Dow said.
Dow would not disclose the capacity of the train or any details about the size of investment.
