Airgas completes acquisition of Refron

LONDON (ICIS news)--Airgas has completed the acquisition of US refrigerants distributor and re-seller Refron, the company said on Friday.

 

Former Refron president Jay Kestenbaum would serve as vice president product management for Airgas Refrigerants, Airgas said.

 

Refron reported sales of $93m (€60m) in 2007.
