SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Korea-based Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Center (YNCC) restarted its 550,000 tonne/year cracker earlier than expected on Tuesday morning, a source close to the company said.
“YNCC started feeding naphtha into its No 2 unit at 4.30am (2030 GMT),” the source said in Korean on Tuesday.
YNCC’s No 2 cracker was shut on 3 August due to compressor problems.
