TORONTO (ICIS news)--Fluor has won contracts worth $1.2bn (€780m) for work on two hydrocracker projects at Valero's refineries in St Charles, Louisiana, and Port Arthur, Texas, the US petrochemicals engineering firm said on Thursday.
The hydrocrackers would help refining major Valero capitalise on the production of ultra-low sulphur diesel transportation fuels, Fluor said.
The contracts included provide engineering, procurement, construction and construction management services, it said, without disclosing capacities or completion dates.
Fluor was currently working on three other hydrocracker projects in the ?xml:namespace>
