Tikkurila establishes sales operation in Belarus

LONDON (ICIS news)--Finland's Tikkurila has established a sales company in Minsk to handle the marketing, sales and distribution of its paints and industrial coatings in Belarus, Tikkurila’s parent group Kemira said on Friday.

 

Tikkurila said Belarus had a rapidly developing paints market with a volume of about 55m litres/year, adding paint consumption per capita was around six litres, compared with 15-20 litres in western Europe.
