SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Taiwan’s Nanya Plastics plans to restart its 30,000 tonne/year toluene di-isocyanate (TDI) plant in Mailiao at the end of September, a company source said on Wednesday.

The plant was shut down at the end of August due to a shortage of on-site carbon monoxide (CO) supply, added the source.

The plant was shut down earlier this year due to mechanical problems.
