BUENOS AIRES (ICIS news)--Germany’s Seeger Engineering, which specialises in the development of bio-energy and bio-gas plants, will establish an office later this year in Chile, a company official said on Wednesday.

"Our new branch in Santiago de Chile will be inaugurated during the last quarter of 2008", said Herwig Ragossnig, the company’s Latin American representative.

"From this new location we expect to work with all the Latin American markets," Ragossnig said at the Biofuels Markets Americas Congress in Buenos Aires.

"We are expecting that the biofuel industry will represent about 25% of our business," said Ragossnig.
