LONDON (ICIS news)--Netherlands-based Morssinkhof Rymoplast has acquired a post-condensation plant in Emmen for making recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from Diolen Industrial Fibers, the company said on Tuesday.
The 60,000 tonne/year plant acted as the last stage in Morssinkhof’s PET recycling process - crystallisation and super cleaning, it said.
No financial details were disclosed.
The deal came after polyester yarns producer Diolen Industrial Fibers filed for bankruptcy in July. ?xml:namespace>
