SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--South Korea’s largest cracker operator - Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Center (YNCC) - will bring forward furnace repairs at two of its three crackers due to weak market conditions, a company source said on Friday.
YNCC plans to run its 850,000 tonne/year No 1 cracker and the 400,000 tonne/year No 3 cracker in Yeocheon at 90-95% during the maintenance period, which will take place from next week until early November, the source added.
