LONDON (ICIS news)--The fourth-quarter Methanex European posted contract price (MEPCP) has been rolled over at €295/tonne ($434/tonne) with two of its customers, according to a Methanex company source on Tuesday.
“Most of the market was aligned for that number,” Philippe Arendt, director of marketing and logistics at the Canadian producer said.
The MEPCP, settled on a free on board (FOB) Rotterdam basis, follows an earlier European contract price agreement between Helm and two of its consumers at the same price.
