SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Japanese benzene producer, Nippon Oil, has nominated its October Asian Contract Price (ACP) for benzene at $1,150/tonne (€782/tonne), $35/tonne lower compared to the previous month’s settlement, said a company source late on Wednesday.
On a cost and freight (CFR)
The company plans to negotiate and settle the October contract price next Tuesday, he added.
Benzene spot prices in Asia were assessed at $1,105-1,120/tonne FOB (free on board)
($1 = € 0.68)
