Dutch chemicals production falls 2.8% in August

LONDON (ICIS news)--Dutch average daily chemical output fell 2.8% year-on-year in August, following a decrease of 0.1% in the previous month, Statistics Netherlands said on Friday.

August production fell 0.3% compared to July figures, it added.

Production of basic chemicals in August dropped 3.9% year-on-year, while output of chemical products bucked the trend with an increase of 0.7%.
