The contract for the project at Noyabrsk in western Siberia included engineering, procurement and construction management to expand and upgrade three compressor stations and gas processing plants as well as associated pipelines and a liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage, Fluor said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Sibur said earlier this year it was setting up a new subsidiary to target investments in gas processing and gas chemical plants in eastern Siberia and Russia’s Far East.
