HOUSTON (ICIS news)--The United Steelworkers union (USW) has filed a complaint against PotashCorp with the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, a company spokesperson said on Wednesday.
The USW, which represents 500 striking workers at three Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PotashCorp) mines, is alleging unfair practices, company spokesperson Tom Pasztor said.
USW spokesperson Roger Falconer said last week the union would file a complaint against the company after PotashCorp sent mailers to the homes of striking workers asking them to vote to back down on their demands in a recent salary dispute.
