LONDON (ICIS news)--Industrial producer prices increased 10.1% year on year in the 27-member EU in September, while chemicals prices rose 9.6%, official statistics agency Eurostat said on Tuesday.
In the 15-member eurozone, overall industrial producer prices rose 7.9% in the same period, while chemicals prices were up 8.7%.
Compared with August, general prices in the EU and the eurozone dropped 0.2%.
Chemicals prices increased by 0.6% in both the EU and the eurozone month on month.
