MOVES: Ashland announces management team

TORONTO (ICIS news)--Ashland has put in place a new management team to lead the company following the completion of its $2.6bn (€2.1bn) acquisition of rival Hercules, it announced on Friday.

 

"This is an experienced and talented management team that blends the best of leadership from within Hercules and Ashland," said CEO James O'Brien.

 

The management team is comprised of:

Lamar Chambers, senior vice president and chief financial officer;

· Robert Craycraft, president, Ashland Distribution;

· Susan Esler, vice president, human Resources and communications;

· Theodore Harris, president, global supply chain, environmental, health and safety, and information technology;

· David Hausrath, senior vice president and general counsel;

· Dale MacDonald, president, Ashland Asia Pacific;

· Samuel Mitchell, president, Ashland Consumer Markets, which includes Ashland’s Valvoline lubricants business;

· John Panichella, president, Ashland Aqualon functional ingredients;

· Paul Raymond, president, Ashland Hercules water technologies;

· Peter Rijneveldshoek, president, Ashland performance materials;

· Walter Solomon, chief growth officer.
