SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Japan’s Idemitsu Kosan reduced operating rates at its two naphtha crackers to 75-80% in November due to weak demand, a company source said on Tuesday.
"We plan to keep this level in December and January," he said.
Idemitsu runs a 374,000 tonne/year cracker in Chiba and also operates a 623,000 tonne/year cracker in Tokuyama.
