IOC offers a 15,000 tonne naphtha cargo for loading over 8-11 December and a similar cargo for lifting over 26-29 December from Haldia.
The tender will close on 24 November and will be valid until 25 November.
IOC previously scrapped a sell tender which offered the same cargo for lifting over 30 November to 3 December due to low bids. The tender had closed on 11 November, with validity until 12 November.
IOC was also offering 90,500 tonnes of full-range naphtha for December lifting from Kandla and Dahej.
IOC last sold three similar cargoes of full range naphtha for November lifting from both ports at a discount of $30.00-40.00/tonne (€23.70-31.60/tonne) to ?xml:namespace>
($1 = €0.79)
