NewsFlashDow to pursue legal action over failed Kuwaiti venture

LONDON (ICIS news)--Dow Chemical will pursue legal and other options following the failed K-Dow venture with Kuwait's Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC), it said on Tuesday.
PIC was in breach of contract over the deal and Dow must take action to protect its interests, Andrew Liveris, CEO of the US chemicals giant said.
