MOVES: Shell appoints Henry as CFO

TORONTO (ICIS news)--Shell has appointed Simon Henry as chief financial officer (CFO), effective 1 May, it said in a statement on Friday.

Henry succeeds Peter Voser who will become Shell’s new CEO on 1 July, the company said. Voser takes over from Jeroen van der Veer.

Henry, currently executive vice president finance for Shell International Exploration, joined the company in 1982 as an engineer at a UK refinery and since then has held a number of senior finance positions in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, it said.
