HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Invista has shut down its Victoria adiponitrile (ADN) plant in Texas because of a fire in an electrical breaker cabinet last week, the company said on Friday.
Invista said repairs were underway, and the 375,000 tonne/year unit was expected to resume operations in April.
The company also operates an ADN plant in Orange, Texas, with 240,000 tonnes/year of capacity.
