Dutch DSM signs three-year supply deal with Shire US

SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Dutch chemical producer DSM said on Thursday it has signed a multi-million US dollar deal to supply specialty pharmaceutical products to the US subsidiary of pharmaceutical maker Shire plc over three years.

Starting 1 April, Shire will transfer the production of several drugs from its Maryland facility in the US to DSM Pharmaceutical Product's facility in Greenville, North Carolina.
