SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Petrochemical Corp of Singapore (PCS) has shut its No1 cracker located on Jurong Island earlier this morning due to a power failure, sources close to the company said on Thursday.
The No1 naphtha cracker, which produces 475,000 tonnes/year of ethylene, is expected to resume normal operations by 18 April.
