MOVES: US Sunoco hires MacDonald as chief financial officer

HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Sunoco hired Brian MacDonald as chief financial officer and senior vice president, effective on 10 August, the US refiner said on Tuesday.

MacDonald previously worked at Dell, where he was chief financial officer for the company’s commercial business unit, and at General Motors.

“Brian has the qualifications, record of performance and strategic perspective to contribute to Sunoco’s success from the start,” said CEO Lynn Elsenhans.

Interim chief financial officer Terence Delaney will serve in a transitional role through the end of August, the company said.
