LONDON (ICIS news)--Dow Chemical has unveiled a new division, Dow Coating Materials, which brings together Dow and Rohm and Haas technologies, the US chemical company said on Thursday.
The new business would globally supply architectural paint and industrial coating raw materials, such as latex emulsions, epoxies and other polymer technologies, a statement from the company said.
Dow said the combined business assets meant the company had increased its business support network, including production facilities and supply capabilities in all of its major geographic regions.
Dow purchased specialty chemical producer Rohm and Haas on 1 April.
