At 8:30 GMT on Friday, the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) November Oman futures contract settled at $65.27/bbl, down $2.06/bbl from the previous day's level.
NAPHTHA: Asian naphtha prices closed $19/tonne softer Friday. First-half November price indications were pegged at $581.00-582.00/tonne CFR (cost and freight) Japan, second-half November at $579.50-580.50/tonne CFR Japan and first-half December at $578.50.50-579.50/tonne CFR Japan.
BENZENE: Two fixtures were concluded for any November loading cargoes at $704/tonne and $706/tonne FOB (free on board)
TOLUENE: Offers were cited at $700/tonne for first-half November lifting, stable from morning’s offer. There was no buying interest. For December loading, buy-sell indications were flat compared to November numbers.
