LONDON (ICIS news)--European October dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) reference prices have fallen by €113/tonne ($166/tonne) from September after falls in prices for feedstocks - paraxylene and methanol, a market source confirmed on Friday.
October DMT settled at €656-697/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest
October PX was agreed at €615/tonne FD NWE, a decrease of €145/tonne from September, while the fourth-quarter methanol price was agreed at €223/tonne FOB (free on board)
