LONDON (ICIS news)--BASF has declared force majeure for certain Ultramid and Miramid compounds ?xml:namespace>with immediate effect, the chemicals giant confirmed on Thursday.
On the weekend of 10/11 October, a malfunction occurred at a plant at BASF’s site in ?xml:namespace>
Production at the plant is currently not expected to restart before the end of November 2009.
