GUANGZHOU (ICIS news)--China’s Huajin Tongda Chemicals will delay the start-up of its new 450,000 tonne/year cracker at Panjin in the northeastern province of Liaoning to the year end from the earlier target of end-September, a company source said on Tuesday.
