SINGAPORE (ICIS news)--Taiwan’s China Petrochemical Development Corporation (CPDC) will cut the operating rate of its 190,000 tonne/year acrylonitrile (ACN) plant by 10% in November due to limited feedstock propylene, a company source said on Monday.
