HOUSTON (ICIS news)--Here is Monday’s end of day Americas oil and chemical market summary from ICIS pricing.
CRUDE: Dec WTI: $78.13/bbl, up $1.13; Dec Brent: $76.55/bbl, up $1.35
Crude prices were choppy in after-market electronic trading, dipping towards $77.88/bbl and rising towards $78.17/bbl in search of near-term direction.
NATURAL GAS: $4.824/MMBtu, down 22.1 cents
Natural gas futures prices plunged on weak demand and forecasts of mild temperatures.
RBOB: $1.9903/gal, up 3.08 cents
Reformulated gasoline blendstock for oxygenate blending (RBOB) futures prices followed crude oil futures up as the front month rolled to December.
BENZENE: US benzene spot prices for November were steady at $2.71-2.81/gal FOB (free on board) in a quiet markeplace.
ETHYLENE: The US spot ethylene market was thinly traded with only formula-based deals done, sources said.
PROPYLENE: Spot refinery-grade propylene (RGP) prices were flat at 43.25-45.00 cents/lb.
