LONDON (ICIS news)--A. Schulman has signed an agreement to distribute Solvay Solexis fluorinated compounds in Europe, the two companies said in a joint statement on Tuesday.
Solvay Solexis head of melts business Jens Hoeltje said the agreement would help Solvay find new opportunities in the European market due to the A. Schulman’s market presence and knowledge in the plastic sector.
The agreement allows for the distribution of numerous products under several different trade names but did not include the right to distribute in ?xml:namespace>
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
